§ 508. Conditional uses or special exceptions permitted in all districts.

Churches, schools, hospitals, public buildings and public utility facilities required to provide essential public services shall be permitted in all districts as conditional uses or special exceptions in accordance with the requirements of section 2704.2 and other applicable sections of this ordinance hereinafter set forth.
