§ 510. Unsanitary storage.

No rubbish, salvage materials, junk cars, manure or other miscellaneous refuse may be stored in the open within any residential, commercial or industrial district.

Regular salvage and junkyards, rubbish, salvage material and refuse in any residential, commercial, or industrial district shall be adequately enclosed with a fence of sufficient height to block these areas from public view or by a fence or planting screen of equally sufficient height which shall consist of thick growing evergreen plants, which fence or screen shall be adequately maintained by the occupant.
