§ 1301. Permitted uses.

The following uses are permitted in any R-4A district:
(1)

Mobile home parks, mobile home subdivisions, and accessory buildings and uses clearly incidental to the operation of such uses. All units within a mobile home park or subdivision shall be tied down and skirted or underpinned as required in the ordinance governing mobile home parks.
