§ 6-21. Special assessments—Lien, enforcement.

The city council shall have the right to make any local improvements, as set forth in section 2559 of the Mississippi Code of 1930 [Miss. Code Ann. 1942, § 3674], and amendments thereto, and the method of making such improvements or any other improvement and the special assessments therefor, as set forth in sections 2559 to 2565 [Miss. Code Ann. 1942, §§ 3674—3680] inclusive, and amendments thereto whenever made, is hereby adopted as the method of special improvement to be pursued.
