§ 4-95. Trash cans or bins.

Trash cans or bins for use by commercial establishments shall be constructed from approved materials, and shall have a capacity sufficient to hold three (3) days' accumulation of trash. All such cans or bins shall have tight-fitting covers and shall be kept closed so as to prevent combustion or fire in the contents. Bins, when used, shall be provided with attached covers and shall be balanced to remain open at any height to permit the emptying thereof.
