§ 5-210. Violations of article declared misdemeanor; penalty.

Every person or other entity, their officers, agents, or employees found to be violating any provision of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00), or imprisonment for not more than ninety (90) days, or both, for each offense. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
