§ 6-233. Obstructing or impairing driver's view or mechanism.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to drive the same when such vehicle is so loaded or when there are in the front seat of such vehicle such numbers of persons as to obstruct the view of the operator to the front or side, or to interfere with the operator's control over the driving mechanism of the vehicle.

    (b)

    It shall be unlawful for any passenger in a vehicle or motor bus to ride in such position as to interfere with the operator's view ahead, or to the side or to interfere with the operator's control over the driving mechanism of the vehicle.
