This Fats, Oils and Grease (FOG) Control Program (program) sets forth requirements
to aid in the prevention of sanitary sewer blockages, obstructions, and overflows
due to the contribution and accumulation of FOG in the city of Greenville, MS, sanitary
sewer system from residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
