§ 3108. Signs on publicly-owned property.

(a)

General. All billboards, signs or sign structures that have been placed, installed, erected or constructed on publicly-owned property without a permit, or one that has been abandoned (not in use) shall, upon written notice from the building official, be removed within thirty (30) days after the expiration of the current contract with the governing municipality.
