§ 4-102. Tree limbs not to exceed nine inches in diameter or five feet in length.

All tree limbs placed or left for trash collection shall be cut in lengths which do not exceed five (5) feet, and no tree limb in excess of nine (9) inches in diameter shall be placed or left for trash collection within the city. Tree limbs exceeding the diameter and/or length requirements of this section shall be removed by the owner or occupant of the premises at which such limbs are located. Failure to remove tree limbs in violation of this section after seven (7) days written notice shall be punishable as a misdemeanor.
