Ord. No. 97-0008, §§ 5 and 6, adopted April 15, 1997, amended the Code by repealing
former §§ 8-94 and 8-95 in its entirety. Former § 8-94 pertained to redemption and sale of impounded fowl,
and derived from the Code of 1965, § 4-3. Former § 8-95 pertained to redemption and sale of impounded animals, and derived from the Code
of 1965, § 4-4.
